Stockton Pool Builders covers the same range of work in Escalon that we do in Stockton — nothing is carved out because the address is a few miles up the road:

• Saltwater Chlorination Systems — The question we actually get asked is whether converting is worth it, and in San Joaquin County the honest answer depends almost entirely on how much attention the pool will get. Start with what a salt system is not: it is not a chlorine-free pool.
• Pool Draining & Acid Wash — A pool acid wash strips a thin layer off a stained or scaled plaster surface and can take a decade off the look of a Central Valley pool for a fraction of what resurfacing costs. In hard Stockton water, that scale and mineral staining is close to inevitable on plaster, and an acid wash is often the right answer well before a full resurfacing is justified.
• Pool Leak Detection & Repair — Pool leak detection starts with proving there is a leak at all, because a Stockton pool in July loses a genuinely surprising amount of water to evaporation and plenty of suspected leaks turn out to be a Central Valley summer doing exactly what it does. A bucket test settles it in a day: if the pool drops meaningfully faster than a bucket of water sitting on the step, you have a leak, and if it does not, you have August.
• Weekly Pool Cleaning & Service — Weekly pool cleaning and service in Stockton is fundamentally a water chemistry job with cleaning attached, and any company treating it the other way round will eventually hand you a scaled pool. Central Valley groundwater is hard, summers run past 100 degrees for weeks at a time, and evaporation means you are constantly replacing water with more hard water, so calcium hardness climbs all season while a homeowner does nothing wrong.
• Pool Safety Covers & Fencing — Most Stockton homeowners meet California's pool barrier rules by accident, at the counter, while pulling a permit for something else. Replaster the pool, rebuild the deck, add a spa, and the remodel brings the pool under the Swimming Pool Safety Act, which wants at least two approved drowning-prevention features from a defined list before the job signs off.
• Pool Demolition & Removal — Most people who call us about taking a pool out have already decided, and want someone who will not spend the call trying to sell them a remodel. The situations repeat.

Escalon sits in San Joaquin County with a population of roughly 7,000, close enough to Stockton that crews move between the two constantly. Local landmarks and corridors residents know well include the Stanislaus River, State Route 120, Main Street Escalon.

Local knowledge is not a marketing line here. Escalon properties share soil, weather, permit rules and construction eras with the rest of San Joaquin County, and a pool contractor who works the area weekly already knows what fails locally and what holds up. That is the difference between a bid and an accurate bid.
